  The hotel has much to learn from some old fashioned maintanence and Customer Service. First, the desk attendant put us in a smoking room. Then, blamed it on the travel agency. I checked: the travel agency had it right. The stay was for two nights. The attendant coded the key for one. While I was resolving the key issue in the office, my wife learned that the door looks like it is locked, sounds like it is locked, but by leaning against it, it opens right up. The next morning, the toilet overflowed. While each issue was attended to immediately by the staff, it was clear that this hotel has seen better times and needs more than a frosting facelift.

  This motel-style inn has outdoor entrances to the rooms, which are arranged around a central pool/courtyard. Amenities were really terrific! My room had a printer -- with printer drivers on a CD-R! Also, the in-room DVD player was a nice touch. The bathroom was very small - just the commode and bathtub/shower. The staff was very cordial. I'll be staying there again.

  Room was very small. no work desk. door latch was missing a screw. cob webs under the sink.

  I Stayed at this hotel, and I highly recommend that you stay away. *Bugs in room*Poor Room Cleaning Service*Equipment supplied in room did not function.*Wireless internet was continually poor*Bedspreads - Let's just say that the CDC could have done a study*Old carpet - you know the kind that sticks to your feet*Noisy Air Conditioners!!!*A mysterious odor in the room that would come and go*And heaven for bid if it rains...the gutter system sounds like a rock band drum section!

  Location is everything and having most popular attractions tickets packaged together is convenient. the downside was the odors from the outside common areas...dirty from spills. the exterior room doors ...

  Location is everything and having most popular attractions tickets packaged together is convenient. The downside was the odors from the outside common areas...dirty from spills. The exterior room doors left me feeling insecure. Continenetal breakfast was good, staff was great.
